1. The DSA requires a minimum donation for the course as detailed in the published course donation list.

2. Donation Payment: A non-refundable deposit is due immediately on application to secure the place. The balance is due at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the course.

3. Cancellation by the participant made up to two weeks in advance of the start of the course will qualify for a refund, if requested, less deposit.

4. Cancellation after two weeks prior to the course start may result in forfeiture of the full fee, but candidates will be offered a place on a later course. A refund may be possible if the place can be filled by others.

5. The participant accepts that the course is taken entirely at his or her own risk and in accordance with DSA policies.

Your personal information will only be used by us to process your booking for the course and for attending to your safety and well being while you are on one of our courses. It will be stored securely, accessed only by the DSA office and DSA Training Instructor and held only for as long as is legally necessary.
